Function reference
Pull-down menus on the RFI main screen

In this chapter all available functions are summarized and links to a more detailed descriptions are provided (use the buttons below). All RFI functions are activated from the three pull-down menus F3=Import, F5=Reports, and F10=Customize:


Pull-down menus accessible from the RFI main screen.

Pull-down menu and function Short description  
F3=Import
Read import source file Reads the contents of the import source file and stores the data in the RFI-internal data structure.
Auto translate findings Runs the "Auto translation" procedure.
Edit findings E Invokes the RFI Editor to manually translate findings.
Show Study status S Displays the current translation status of the study.
Check translations F7 Checks the consistency and completeness of the current study.
New import source file Select a new import source file; all data imported so far are deleted.
Exit Foreign Import Module Returns to the REGINA3 main program.
F5=Reports
Study data Creates a report from the data of the current study.
Translation file Creates a report from the data present in the translation file.
Organ synonym table Creates a report from the data present in the organ synonym table.
Lesion Exclude table Creates a report from the data present in the lesion exclude table.
F10=Customize
Organ synonym table Invokes the tool to define synonyms for the organs
Lesion Exclude table Invokes the tool to define lesions which should be automatically excluded from translation.
Translation file Invokes the tool to inspect and/or delete terms present the translation file.
